Update staked CRO unbonding from 28 days to 21 days to provide for better usability whilst maintaining security. Unbonding period is meant to prevent long-range attacks and not to discourage monetary flow. Also, many of the Crypto.com applicatiosn for Crypto.org maintain a 21-day unbonding period in their strings.
